The Santos 37-A is a high-output kitchen blender built for restaurant and catering kitchens that need to puree, blend and liquidise in real volume rather than single-serve batches.

A 1,550 W motor drives the blade through a variable speed range up to 15,000 rpm, with an 18,000 rpm pulse setting for a final fine blend. The exclusive Santosafe locking system holds the bowl and cover together securely during operation, and a filler cap lets ingredients go in while the motor runs. Bowls are available in both 2-litre and 4-litre, stainless steel or transparent, so one base unit covers a range of batch sizes.
