The Santos 33EA is a compact bar blender built for high-speed drink prep behind a busy bar - smoothies, shakes, cocktails and crushed-ice drinks made to order rather than batched.

A two-speed motor spins at 12,000 or 16,000 rpm, enough to crush ice and blend fibrous fruit in seconds, and the 1.25-litre jug leaves clean handling room in the process. Stainless steel blades hold up to daily ice work, and a filler cap in the lid lets staff add ingredients while the motor is running rather than stopping to lift the whole lid.

Every part that touches the drink comes apart - bowl, cover, bowl base and blade - so the blender can be stripped down and washed between orders.

1.25-litre jug, two-speed motor - 12,000 / 16,000 rpm, stainless steel blades and filler cap for adding ingredients while blending. Fully removable bowl, cover, bowl base and blade for cleaning.
