A heavy-duty commercial motor turns the reamer at 1,500 rpm, and a special clutch system protects the motor and gears from the shock load of pressing down on the lever. The stainless steel cup and high spout make it easy to fill a glass or jug directly, and the articulated lever gives consistent pressure with minimal effort from the operator.
