The Santos 68JA "Miracle Edition" is a heavy-duty centrifugal juice extractor for juice bars and high-volume kitchens that need to keep up with a queue rather than juice one glass at a time.

A 1,300 W motor spins the basket at 3,000 rpm through a fine 0.5 mm sieve for a high-quality, well-filtered juice, with an exceptional output of 180 litres an hour. The 79.5 mm wide feeding chute takes whole fruit and vegetables without pre-cutting, and every part in the food zone - bowl, basket, cover, chute - is stainless steel rather than aluminium.

The bowl, basket and cover lift out without tools for cleaning between services, and a 228 mm spout is tall enough to fill a glass or jug directly under the machine.
