The Sheffield Fabrications MD2000 is a meat display counter for hotels, restaurants and caterers.

A refrigerated meat display counter 2,000 mm long, for butcheries, supermarket meat sections and hotel service counters where cuts have to be held at temperature and stay visible to the customer at the same time.

Thick toughened glass across the front, sides and top gives an uninterrupted view of the display while keeping the cold air in, and the internal LED lighting shows the meat without adding heat to the cabinet the way older lamps do. The stainless steel meat-holding panels lift out, so at the end of trade the whole display can be stripped and washed down properly rather than wiped around.

Insulated steel construction with a stainless steel work top, and a thermostatically controlled evaporator and condensing unit.
