The HK-Redline R60-2 is a countertop heated display cabinet for pies, samosas, pastries, roast chicken and anything else sold hot from a counter. Glass on all sides means the product is visible from wherever the customer is standing, not just head-on.

A thermostat holds the cabinet anywhere from 30 to 110 °C, and a water tray is included to add humidity. That tray matters more than it looks: dry heat dries pastry out within the hour, so holding food moist is the difference between selling it and discarding it at close.

Trays are adjustable, so the shelf spacing can be set to whatever is being sold rather than fixed at the factory. It draws 1840 W on a 220 V 50 Hz supply, weighs 35 kg and occupies 686 × 432 × 635 mm of counter.
