The HK-Redline HTD-90 is a three-deck electric baking oven holding nine 400 × 600 mm trays, three to a deck. It is the largest of the HTD range and is aimed at bakeries, institutional kitchens and hotels running sustained daily output rather than occasional batches.

Three decks give the throughput, and the wider 1670 mm cabinet is what lets each deck take three trays instead of the two the HTD-20 and HTD-40 manage. Heating totals 24 kW on a 380 V 50 Hz three-phase supply, so the circuit needs sizing accordingly. At 1520 mm tall and 272 kg it is a permanent floor-standing installation.

The front is stainless steel with galvanised panels elsewhere. Baking trays are not supplied and must be ordered with the oven.
