The HK-Redline HTD-40 is a two-deck electric baking oven, each deck taking two 400 × 600 mm trays for four in total. It is built for bakeries, hotels and outlets whose output has outgrown a single-deck oven but that still bake in batches rather than on a production line.

The two decks let one batch bake while the next is loaded, and 13.2 kW of heating draws 380 V at 50 Hz, so a three-phase supply must be available at the installation point. The cabinet stands 1250 mm tall on a 1230 × 820 mm footprint and weighs 148 kg, which makes it a floor-standing fixture rather than something moved between benches.

The front is stainless steel with galvanised panels on the remaining sides. Baking trays are not supplied with the oven and must be ordered separately.
