The HK-Redline HTD-20 is a single-deck electric baking oven with room for two trays on its one deck. It suits bakeries, hotel kitchens, supermarkets and food outlets that bake in batches through the day rather than running continuous production.

The 6.6 kW element draws 230 V at 50 Hz, which is a single-phase supply, so the oven connects to ordinary mains power without the three-phase circuit its larger HTD-40 and HTD-90 siblings require. For many smaller kitchens that is the deciding difference. At 1230 × 820 × 530 mm and 77 kg it is a countertop unit, so allow for a stand or bench rated to carry the weight.
