The HK-Redline HTR-101C is a single-deck gas baking oven taking one 400 × 600 mm tray. It is the entry point to the HTR gas range and suits bakeries, hotels and outlets that would rather run a deck oven on LPG than commit to a heavy electrical connection.

Heat comes from LPG, but the oven still needs a 230 V 50 Hz supply for its controls, drawing only 100 W. That combination is the practical appeal: gas carries the baking load while the electrical requirement stays at the level of an ordinary socket. Plan for a gas connection and a regulator alongside the power point.

The unit measures 980 × 600 × 540 mm and weighs 80 kg, so it sits on a stand or a bench built to take the load.
