The HK-Redline FGDG1.0A-1500LS is a 1500 mm refrigerated pastry display with 550 litres of chilled, glazed space. It is the cabinet a patisserie, cafe or hotel lobby uses to hold cakes, tarts and desserts at a safe temperature while keeping them visible from every side.

It holds +2 to +8 °C on a digital controller, which is the range cream and dairy fillings need, and two tiers of tempered glass shelving mean stock is displayed at three levels rather than one. Interior LED lighting is what actually sells the product — unlit cake in a glass box reads as old.

Servicing was clearly considered: the condensing unit is removable, and the front ventilation panel unscrews so the condenser can be cleaned without dismantling the cabinet — the single most neglected maintenance job on refrigerated display. Four wheels move it, adjustable feet lock it down. It runs on 230 V 50 Hz.
