The Crem Single Cater is a single-tank automatic filter coffee brewer for continuous fresh-brew service at hotels, restaurants and catering operations. Coffee brews straight into a removable vacuum serving station, so it stays hot and can be carried to wherever it is served without a warming plate.

Brewing into a vacuum server rather than onto a hotplate is the difference between coffee that holds and coffee that stews. The server takes the coffee away from the heat the moment the cycle ends, so the last cup poured tastes like the first rather than like something that has sat on an element for an hour.

Filling automatically from the built-in tank means no plumbing is needed and nobody has to watch the machine, while the half-brew setting lets a quiet spell be served without committing to a full batch that ends up down the sink.
