The HK-Redline FGDG 1500LSD-3 is a 1500 mm refrigerated pastry display holding 570 litres. It is the taller of the two 1500 mm cabinets at 1360 mm against 1300 mm, and that extra height is where the additional 20 litres of display space comes from.

It holds +2 to +8 °C on a digital controller, the range cream and dairy fillings need, and two tiers of tempered glass shelving display stock at three levels rather than one. Interior LED lighting does the selling — unlit cake in a glass box reads as old.

Servicing was clearly considered: the condensing unit is removable, and the front ventilation panel unscrews so the condenser can be cleaned without dismantling the cabinet — the single most neglected maintenance job on refrigerated display. Four wheels move it, adjustable feet lock it down. It runs on 230 V 50 Hz.
