The Prisma Food IBT series is a family of professional spiral dough mixers built around one fixed-head design in five bowl sizes, so a kitchen can pick the batch size it actually works in without changing machine, spares or operator habits.

Every size shares the same mixing action: a spiral tool and a central dough-breaker bar knead a smooth, well-developed dough while the fixed head and rotating bowl carry the whole batch past the tool, without overheating it. The bowl, spiral, column and safety grid are stainless steel throughout, and a quiet oil-bath gearmotor drives each size - rising from 0.75 kW on the smallest bowl to 1.8 kW on the largest.

Choose the bowl to match your service: 20 L for pizzerias and small bakeries, 30 L as a step up for growing operations, 40 L for established bakeries working larger batches, 50 L for high-output production, or 60 L for high-volume bakeries and industrial baking.
