The HK-Redline FGDG 1800LS-3 is an 1800 mm refrigerated pastry display holding 650 litres, the widest of the three cabinets in this range. The extra 300 mm over the 1500 mm models buys roughly 100 litres more display space at the same 1300 mm height.

It holds +2 to +8 °C on a digital controller, the range cream and dairy fillings need, and two tiers of tempered glass shelving display stock at three levels rather than one. Interior LED lighting does the selling — unlit cake in a glass box reads as old.

Servicing was clearly considered: the condensing unit is removable, and the front ventilation panel unscrews so the condenser can be cleaned without dismantling the cabinet — the single most neglected maintenance job on refrigerated display. Four wheels move it, adjustable feet lock it down. It runs on 230 V 50 Hz.
