The Skymsen PA-7 is the workhorse vegetable preparation machine for restaurants, hotels, institutional kitchens and catering operations that need consistent, standardised cuts at volume.

A 0.5 HP motor drives a 203 mm disc at 440 rpm, processing up to 250 kg of produce per hour - the equivalent of several prep cooks, without the variability. The seven-disc set covers slicing at 1 mm and 3 mm, grating at 3, 5 and 8 mm, a fine grater for chocolate and coconut, and a 7×7 mm julienne disc for chips and salads.

Two independent feed mouths make it genuinely ergonomic: the extra-wide oblong mouth swallows cabbages, potatoes and cheese blocks, while the round mouth with pusher handles cylindrical items like carrots and chorizo cleanly. A safety interlock prevents operation unless the lid and arm are closed, and discs change without tools for washdown between tasks.
