The factory datasheet publishes real cycle times rather than marketing claims: a full 25 kg load falls from 65 °C to 10 °C in 62 minutes, and a 22 kg load reaches -18 °C in 226 minutes. For a hotel banqueting kitchen or busy patisserie, that translates directly into how many services can be prepped ahead in a shift.
Both chamber and core probes are supplied, so cycles terminate on genuine product core temperature. It runs on R290 natural refrigerant and defrosts with the door open - no heating element, no hot-gas circuit. Despite the doubled capacity it remains a single-phase machine.
Blast chills 25 kg per cycle; shock freezes 22 kg. Published cycle times: 62 minutes chilling, 226 minutes freezing. 10 GN 1/1 levels, or 5 at 600 × 400 mm, 70 mm apart. Core needle probe and chamber probe both included, R290 natural refrigerant, GWP 3 and single-phase 230 V; defrost with the door open.
