Sulte position this model primarily as a built-in buffet warmer rather than a general cooktop, and it is rated to carry a 60 kg load on the mounted surface. The ceramic glass plate covers the full 320 × 340 mm footprint, giving a continuous flush surface with nothing standing proud of the counter to catch on trays or cloths.
