The result is a plate that heats evenly edge to edge and responds to a temperature change in seconds, over a 60-250°C range with a real-time readout of actual plate temperature against the set point. A timer runs from minutes up to 23 hours 59 minutes for long low-temperature holds. The stainless steel housing and flat plate scrape down and wipe clean between products.
