The HK-Redline YFR01-2 is an oblong drop-in chafing dish, designed to be recessed into a buffet counter rather than stood on top of it. The unit sits flush in a cut-out so only the food well and its lid are above the worktop, which is the neater arrangement for a permanent breakfast or buffet line.

It measures 670 × 455 × 235 mm, so the counter aperture has to be cut to suit before installation — worth confirming against your joinery drawings at the order stage rather than on the day. The body is stainless steel with a fine-polished mirror finish, which wipes down and resists the corrosion that constant contact with hot water and food acids causes.

A braking device holds the lid where it is set rather than letting it fall shut.
