1/1 Gastronorm size - 530 × 325 mm to EN 631. 100 mm depth and approximately 14.0 litres capacity. Stainless steel, suitable for oven, refrigerator, freezer and bain marie use. Stackable, and interchangeable with any EN 631 compliant equipment. Takes a standard 1/1 GN lid.
