1/9 Gastronorm size - 176 × 108 mm to EN 631. 65 mm depth and approximately 0.6 litres capacity. Stainless steel, suitable for oven, refrigerator, freezer and bain marie use. Stackable, and interchangeable with any EN 631 compliant equipment. Takes a standard 1/9 GN lid.
