The HK-Redline DR-2 is a two-column mobile plate warmer holding up to 150 plates, twice the capacity of the single-column DR-1 and drawing 0.8 kW against its 0.4 kW. It is sized for banqueting and large buffet service where one column would be emptied mid-service.

Two columns also mean two plate sizes can be carried at once — main course in one, side or dessert plates in the other — which a single-column cart cannot do. Plates are held at around 45 °C, warm enough to keep food hot on the plate but still comfortable to handle without a cloth.

Side panels are 1 mm food-grade stainless steel in a satin finish, with a heat-resistant handle and four wheels. The cart measures 450 × 910 × 770 mm and weighs 48 kg empty, running on a 220-250 V 50 Hz supply.
