A heavy-duty commercial potato peeler taking 50 kg of potatoes per load. The drum is lined with abrasive emery on both the rotating disc and the cylinder wall, so the potatoes are tumbled against the abrasive rather than cut - the skin is stripped away while the flesh underneath is left whole, and the waste is rinsed out through the drain.

Peeling by machine is what makes a potato-heavy menu workable at volume. A load runs in minutes and comes out consistent no matter who is on shift, where hand peeling ties up staff and wastes more of every potato. The motor is mounted outside the bowl so it can be reached for service without stripping the machine down.

Built in stainless steel throughout, on a heavy-duty chassis with castors so it can be rolled clear of the wall for cleaning.

Output 400 kg/hour. Emery lining on both the disc and the cylinder wall. Externally mounted motor for easy servicing, double blade bearings on the shafts, all stainless steel construction on a heavy-duty chassis and 1 kW / 220 V.
